What if I do not have a design, logo or artwork?

That’s okay. Our designers can create it for you.

How do I upload my artwork?

Click on the Upload Artwork link in the design services section.

What electronic art formats do you accept?

BMP, EPS, JPG, PSD, and TIF. EPS is preferred.

Why EPS?

It allows scaling and modification without loss of image quality.

Do you stock all the products in your catalog?

No, we order products on demand to your specifications.

How long will it take to complete my order?

The majority of our orders are completed and delivered in 30 days.

Is rush service available?

Yes, on most items with an additional charge.

Will I see samples of your work?

Yes. At stamped, we take pride in our quality of work and variety of promotional concepts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Absolutely, as long as the order has not entered the production phase. If production has already begun, unfortunately we cannot stop the order and the original quoted amount will be charged. If the order has not begun production, changes will delay the delivery date and may be subject to a fee.
